SVC Executive Team - Michael Landgraf

 

Michael Landgraf, COO, has worked in economic development and real estate and infrastructure development in the US and Mexico for the past 12 years. 

 

Prior to joining SVC, Michael held senior level positions at several Hunt Consolidated subsidiaries including Hunt Mexico, Hunt Power, and Sharyland Utilities.  In these roles, Michael was actively involved in the development, leasing, and disposition of commercial and industrial real estate in South Texas and Northeastern Mexico. 

 

Prior to joining Hunt, Michael gained a broad exposure of all aspects of international business management while at the McAllen Economic Development Corporation through “hands on” participation in maquiladora start-up and development projects for Nokia Corporation, Matsushita Electric, Seagate Technology, and many others.
