SVC Executive Team - Patrick Stone

 

Patrick F. Stone, Chairman, has 32 years of experience in the real estate industry, ranging from residential development to serving as President and Director of a Fortune 500 Company. 

 

He began his career in the title insurance industry, working as a Title Examiner, Escrow Officer, County Manager, District Manager, and ending as President and Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity National Financial (FNF-nyse).  Patrick currently serves on the board as a director for First American Financial (FAF –nyse). 

 

He also has been Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microgeneral (MGEN-nasdaq), a software company developing production software for the real estate services industry and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS-nasdaq), a data and solutions provider of real estate services companies. 

 

Patrick has also served as Vice Chairman of Metrocities Mortgage, a Residential Mortgage Banker originating in excess of $10 billion in real estate loans in 2006.
